Newsy Newsletter Now Available

In the Winter 2017/18 issue of our newsletter, we are sharing lots of local news as well as information about various funding and consultation opportunities. In each newsletter, we try to assemble content that reflects the range and quality of the waterway activities happening in our partnership area.

We also believe that there is much to be learnt from good practice being carried out beyond our boundaries. So, we endeavour to profile those projects and groups that will be of interest to our readers.

Speaking of best practice, the Living Waterways Awards – the Canal and River Trust’s flagship awards programme – are featured in this edition. Here in our patch, we tend to be quite modest about the good work that we do. We would like to encourage anyone with a good project to celebrate to enter it into these awards.
