The Joint Forum

The Joint Forum was formed in July 2014 by bringing together the Technical and community user groups. The forum comprises voluntary groups, recreational organisations, landowners and private business alongside public, voluntary and statutory organisations involved in their management.

Forum meetings are used to resolve issues, balance priorities through informed discussion and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth. They are also a vehicle for informing partners about funding opportunities and providing technical support.

The forum meets at least twice a year. Members present are responsible for reporting back on the proceedings to their respective organisations and ensuring that the business of their organisations is reported to the forum.

Membership of the forum is open to any organisation or group that supports the aims and objectives of the partnership and agrees to work within its constitution.
